Whether you are interested in adding open water swimming to your life for health and fitness benefits, to prepare for a triathlon, or to just take an old swim routine out of the chlorine, you’ve come to the right place! Classes

Intro to Open Water
3 Session course that begins with stroke assessment and basic skills, then progresses to progressively longer open water swim practice.

Sessions include (hour long):

  • Individual stroke assessment and lake introduction
  • In-lake learning and skills practice
  • 2 supervised Open Water swims with continued instruction and paddleboard support.

Topics include:

  • Energy saving/distance swim techniques
  • Fear management/Panic abatement
  • Sighting in open water
  • Gear discussion
  • Swimming in a crowd

Individual Intensive
One on one in-lake session designed for those who are already comfortable swimmers, but would like some guidance in the transition to open water. This session will be tailored to your individual needs.

Sessions include (hour long):

  • In-lake one-on-one session

Topics may include:

  • Energy saving/distance swim techniques
  • Fear management/Panic abatement
  • Sighting in open water
  • Gear discussion
  • Swimming in a crowd

Schedule:
Sessions will be arranged on an individual basis, and you will receive a scheduling email after registering.

Private Group
A private group consists of between 2-5 people (friends, family, coworkers, etc) that you bring together to have a private class with.
Individual/Group Combo
Depending upon space availability, there is sometimes the option of having a private lesson and then joining a group for the 2nd and 3rd classes of that session.

Please note this as your preference in your registration.
